Snap, Fly & Win Terms
“EL&N KL Turns 1 – Snap, Win & Fly” (“Contest”) is organized by “The Craftsmen Bearer Sdn Bhd” (“Organizer”).
All communication regarding the Contest shall be posted by the Organizer on the official EL&N Malaysia Facebook ( https://www.facebook.com/elnlondonmalaysia ).
A. Contest Period
1. The Contest starts on 18th July 2024, 12.00PM (+8 GMT) and ends on 18th August 2024,
11:59 PM (+8 GMT) (“Contest Entry Period”).
2. Any entries with dates outside the Contest Entry Period will not be eligible.
B. Eligibility Criteria
1. This Contest is open to all aged 18 and above (as of 18th July 2024).
2. Multiple entries are permitted for the contest; however, each entry must contain unique content and duplication of entries is not allowed.
3. Employees and immediate family members, its affiliates and/or related companies are not eligible for the Contest.
C. Contest Terms
To participate in this Contest, participants will be required to meet the below requirements:
1. Like & Follow EL&N London Malaysia on Facebook.
2. Like the Contest post.
3. Tag a minimum of 3 friends.
4. Visit and create a video and/or photo content their social media platform(s) to showcase experience (“EL&N Moments”)
5. Post “EL&N Moments” on personal Facebook page and tag EL&N London Malaysia.
6. Apply the following hashtags, “#ELANKLTurns1”, “#ELANKL”
7. Fill up and submit participation form and upload a proof of purchase (i.e. receipt of purchase) via the QR Code link provided.
8. Participants’ Facebook profiles must be public and remain public till 21st August 2024 to ensure all participants’ entries are accurately captured by the Organizer.
D. Prize and Winner Selection
1. Winners will be announced on 20th August 2024 by 6:00 PM (+8 GMT) via EL&N London Malaysia Facebook page.
2. There will be a total of two (2) winners (“Winners”) for this Contest.
3. There will be two (2) prizes to be won.
4. Grand Prize : One (1) flight ticket on Emirates Airlines to London with a 4D3N accommodation in Putera Puteri Residence, Paddington, London and a one (1) complimentary visit for two (2) person to any EL&N London location in London. (“Grand Prize”)
5. Consolation Prize: 2D1N accommodation in Banyan Tree Residence Bukit Bintang and one (1) complimentary visit to EL&N KL for two (2) person.
E. Winner Selection Process and Judging Criteria
1. To win the Contest, Participants are required to comply with Clause C (Contest Terms).
2. Content creativity will be a judging element.
3. Number of likes will be a judging element.
4. Multiple unique entries are allowed, however, duplicated entries from any participants will be disregarded.
5. Inappropriate or unlawful entries, including but not limited to profanity, hate speech, nudity, violence, terrorism, crime, alcohol, tobacco, and any other forms of individual or community violation will be immediately disqualified.
6. The judges' decision are final.
F. Contest Prize Redemption
1. The Organizer will require a proof of purchase (i.e. receipt of purchase) for the visit when the “EL&N Moments” content was created.
2. The prize will be forfeited if the winner fails to respond within the given time frame.
3. Prizes must be utilized by 31st December 2024. The Organizer shall not be liable to provide any replacement or alternative prizes in the event the prizes are expired.
4. If the selected winner(s) are unable to redeem their prize, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize and offer it to another eligible participant. The Organizer shall not be liable to provide any replacement or alternative prize to the original winner.
G. Liability & Others
1. By participating in this contest, participants acknowledge that the Organizer is not responsible for any issues related the contest prizes, including but not limited to travel arrangements, accommodations, activities, or any other aspect of the trip. Participant accept full responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the trip and agree to release the Organizer from any liability in case of accidents, injuries, or any unforeseen circumstances.
2. By participating in this contest, it is understood that Participants give consent for the Organizer to publish and use their name and/photos for its publicity and its other marketing plans, without notice and seeking further consent from the Participants, and the Participants shall have no claim whatsoever against the Organizer for royalties or compensation fees or other forms of payments for the same.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
